Ordering
How can I order product for a fundraiser?
You can call our office at 800-645-3863 or email us and a Signature Chocolate’s Representative in your area will contact you to get you started.
Is there a minimum order?
How much can I order?
You can order as many cases as you want to start out. We welcome reorders as well. You can discuss with your Signature Chocolate’s Representative what you need to reach your fundraising goals.
Are fundraisers only for schools?
Can we order more than one product? Mix and Match?
YES! Your Signature Chocolate’s Representative will be able to help you with different products and build the best program based on your needs.
Can we create a custom mix of Chocolate bars?
Yes. You can customize the mix of flavors of chocolate bars in the $1 Gourmet Chocolate Bar Variety Pack and the Funtastic Collection only. In addition we offer single flavor cases of bars. Your Signature Chocolate’s Representative can help you determine if this is right for your group.
Can we have a custom mix of Pop*A*Licious Popcorn?
Yes. We can create a custom flavor mixes of $2 Pop*A*Licious Popcorn carriers. We can also create bulk cases of single flavors without carriers. Your Signature Chocolate’s Representative can help you determine if this is right for your group.
Shipping
Once my order is placed how soon can I receive it?
On most products we can ship same day or next day. Please keep in mind that during warmer summer months we are careful not to ship over a weekend. Custom mixes can take an additional 7-10 days.
How soon do reorders get shipped?
Reorder requests received before Noon (Eastern Time), are typically ship the same, or next day. If the the ship date is a Friday during warmer months, the order will be shipped on Monday.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, because this is a US Post Office box, we are not able to ship with our carriers to these types of addresses.

Can I return an item?
Returns should be discussed with your Signature Chocolate’s Representative. We generally do not take returns into the warehouses.
I have food allergies. Which allergens are your products free from?
Several of our products are Gluten Free and Certified Peanut Free. Visit our Nutritional Section to find out more. In addition, Peanut Free labels are shown on the Products pages of the website.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept check and money orders without a fee. We also accept VISA. Mastercard, and Discover but there is a 3% pass-through charge on these transactions.
What is the shelf-life of the product?
Most of our products have up to an 18- month shelf life as long as it is in a cool, dry environment. Some exclusions apply.
Is the chocolate packaged for safety?
Yes, product will be sent in a master case of 4 carrier boxes per case. This insures that the carrier boxes are protected during shipping and distribution. Most of our products are packaged in individual serving sizes or bars. Some of our items have multiple servings per package.
Are the chocolate bars Peanut Free?
Yes, our chocolate bars are CERTIFIED PEANUT FREE. Please look for the below logo on all chocolate bars you may be considering. Just saying a product is peanut free is much different than having the International certification process confirm that our facility is operating on the highest standard of Peanut Free Certification.
Do I need to keep the chocolate stored at a certain temperature?
